Cameron Whitcomb announces The Hard Way Tour Australia & New Zealand 2026

Frontier Touring are pumped to welcome Canadian country powerhouse CAMERON WHITCOMB to Australia and New Zealand for his debut headline shows this May 2026!

Known for his gritty voice, high-octane performances and raw storytelling, Cameron has quickly become one of country music’s most exciting new names. Since the release of his breakout 2024 EP Quitter, the 22-year-old has earned over 600 million global streams, headlined shows across North America and Europe, and landed on Spotify and Amazon Music’s 2025 Artists to Watch lists, all before dropping a full-length album.

Hailing from British Columbia, Whitcomb brings his Hard Way Tour to Australia and New Zealand for the first time, kicking off at Auckland’s Powerstation on Tuesday 5 May, before heading to Australia: The Gov, Adelaide (Thursday 7 May), Forum, Melbourne (Saturday 9 May), The Tivoli, Brisbane (Tuesday 12 May), and wrapping up at UNSW Roundhouse, Sydney (Friday 15 May).

Joining the Canadian country powerhouse across all Australian dates is acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter LEWIS LOVE, fresh off the road after an electrifying run with the Zac Brown Band and Waylon Wyatt’s headline Brisbane show last night. A breakout talent on the local scene, Lewis is turning heads with his soulful voice and captivating stage presence.

With a story as bold as his sound, Whitcomb’s journey from pipeline worker to breakout country star has been anything but ordinary. His songs – gritty, heartfelt, and deeply human, reflect a young artist unafraid to face his own truths and connect with fans who see themselves in every word.

In a world that often prizes surface-level honesty, CAMERON WHITCOMB is the rare artist with the courage to uncover his most uncomfortable truths. After leaving home at age 17 and getting a job on a pipeline, the British Columbia native discovered his passion for singing and devoted himself to making music, soon breaking through with his 2024 debut EP Quitter a fearlessly candid collection of country/folk songs inspired by his journey in overcoming addiction. In a testament to the pure force of his storytelling, the 22-year-old singer/songwriter has ascended to tremendous heights in the past year alone, including headlining multiple tours across North America and Europe, amassing over 600 million global catalogue streams, and landing on 2025 Artist to Watch lists from Spotify and Amazon Music all before releasing a full-length project.

To say that Whitcomb brought the energy would be an understatement. After all, when was the last time you saw a performer do a backflip – make that two – in a concert?” – Country Standard Time
